Each bouquet is made with fresh, premium and seasonal blooms, nature’s most delicate creations, and while we strive for perfection, we recognize that issues may occasionally arise.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Should there be any concerns with the quality or condition of your flowers upon arrival, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo and description of the issue so our team can assess and resolve the matter promptly.
In such cases, we are pleased to offer either store credit for the full amount or a replacement arrangement, depending on your preference and the specific circumstances.
